How to Fish Quests — NPC Quest Guides

Most progression in How to Fish runs through NPC quests, and a few of them are genuinely confusing — items that do not say where they drop, turn-ins that reject the obvious item. Each guide here answers one quest blocker directly, with screenshots of the actual locations.
